Hello everyone. I'm a wannabe investor ready to get my fist deal underway. I've been doing a ton of reading and listening over the last few months. I'm actively looking for deals and looking aiming to do buy and holds with 100% OPM. I will be starting realtor classes soon to supplement the investing side of the business. This is an awesome site and I've learned so much so far. Happy to be here.
