This is my second post since joining Biggerpockets (BP), and I must admit that using the search bar has answered every question of mine!! I have a few months until my wife and I relocate to the area where we will be investing, so we are devouring all the information provided on BP. If you are new to Real Estate Investing (REI), BP, and have general questions, do not hesitate to use the search bar in the upper right corner!!! Using this tool alone has saved me so much time, because 9 times out of 10 the question I had is already answered. I want to Thank everyone who has taken the time to contribute valuable information, so that people like my wife and I feel confident about our future in REI!
