Hi Rob, I'm not certain whether it's a glitch, but on my system I typically right click if I'm going down the list and open new tabs for each discussion.

If I was a betting man, he may have sensed you were trying to treat the loan as commercial versus residential.  

I believe this was driven by the site versus a person since the bid increments where supposedly $50K chuncks.  

Mark just make sure whoever you get that they are familiar with investors and what they want to do versus a home owner inspector that might look at things and say the buyer can do that later etc.The flip investor needs to do it all now to resale.

He mentioned they have a flat rate prop mgmt fee and their rehabs are gutted down to the frame with all new systems installed and basic level trim.Neither podcast mentioned his last name or the prop mgmt company name.
