Referral for an Inspector in Northern Atlanta

Does anyone have a property inspector that has done a great job for them in the past at a reasonable price. The property is located in Woodstock GA. so most contractors in Northern Atlanta region should work.

He is true professional, shows up on time, will have you a report the next day at the latest and is reasonable.
Not only that but he and his wife are really nice people.

I have used him in the past. He had done tons of inspections for investors so he knows the drill. Make sure you get him and not one of his employees who might have less experience.

Mark just make sure whoever you get that they are familiar with investors and what they want to do versus a home owner inspector that might look at things and say the buyer can do that later etc.
The flip investor needs to do it all now to resale.
