Having trouble accessing a discussion thread

Hi - I hope i can get some help here.  I have a few discussions that I am following (below.)  If I click of the "blue" topic I am redirected to that discussion.  I assume that's how it's supposed to work.  However when I click on the second topic below ("Crazy low risk...") I get redirected to the main "Recent Forums" page.  Is there a glitch?  I'd like to add a post to the existing discussion but cannot get to it.
