I am sure there are apps for phones and software to emulate an HP 10BIIIn CCIM training you get a massive spreadsheet which is basically a multi year APOD with IRR calculations for up to 5 years, You could build one yourself.

hello Bpmy problem is i been trying to put the BP app on my phone . the same profile name and password . bp kicks my log in out each time. when i get on my computer,  my user name and password works. i put the same info in my phone and it not connecting. says i'm not in the data base.

You can also import into qgis, it's easy to learn, and draw geofences around the area you are interested in, then export to xls and mailmerge for your postcards.This way you own the list and do not have to pay per use, ie it is not seeded, and you can also see a lot patterns visually, ie hotspots, etc if you use a gis app
