how can i link my cell phone

hello Bp

my problem is i been trying to put the BP app on my phone . the same profile name and password . bp kicks my log in out each time. when i get on my computer,  my user name and password works. i put the same info in my phone and it not connecting. says i'm not in the data base.  anyone have any solution it will be greatly appreciated.
