where to buy my list

I am a commercial real estate investor, I currently own and invests strip centers and self storage. I like looking for more deals and like to do a mailing for both types of property. Have anyone done this before and how was the response and where is a good place for me to get a list like that?  Looking for a list company that can give me detail information on the property so I can target the list. (10,000 to 30,000 square feet property for example)
