Never take your eye off the ball.

Someone (a child, or guest of a tenant, or a tenant's friend's mother) playing ball/frisbee near the bushes falls into them, scratching themselves up, maybe damaging an eye, and you get sued.

It also sounds like someone dropped the ball on timing of the moveout.

Malden might be in the same ball park but that is because it is a bit farther out of the city and won't have as good of access (Medford would be similar but you have rent pressure from Tufts students).Where do you work exactly?

I dont have the experience but willing to learn, I dont mind partnering up with a commercial agent to have them walk me through or how does this all work for commercial properties, I know its a different ball game

I hate to bump an old thread but to word something establishing this - would this ultimately be an option to be exercised by whomever is holding debt on closing or settlement?
