Prior to 5-2-16 for the last 2-3 years my name and address was correct, perfectly fine and spelled correctly.

Do a google search for the property address and "foreclosure notice"; try to find a newspaper notice published with the sheriff's sale auction date.Starting from the first missed mortgage payment, the bank can start the foreclosure process.

I've run into a few vacants in Memphis and on the county assessor's site it shows the owner's mailing address is the same as the property address.

I was starting to look for folks for finding on private side and leery on some folks responding to me with filling out forms asking for my personal home address marital status job income and one even wanted photo of with he application up front.Two things What should REAL folks okay with funding privately really be asking and NOT asking for andOutside of family friends etc where can one truly put a deal out there to find an investor?

Yeah the issue is the "re-entitlement," for your father because once the VA loan is paid off there is a process probably through the Arizona VA office to restore that entitlement so the VA program is once again available for his purchase.So depending on his close of escrow date for this new home and when it is or how flexible the seller is then using a refi to conventional and VA for purchase would be possible even with a couple hurdles.I think that is the most efficient path too since VA rates are generally lower than conventional.
