@Josh Braun are you creating all of your leads through a marketing campaign and driving for dollars or are you using wholesalers and your network to find off market deals?

I haven't done just a bunch of marketing because i dont really know how to put a good marketing campaign together.

Have you considered a mail campaign to find houses to buy?

I totally agree about the systems and was actually telling someone the other day, "talking on the phone isn't the hard part, the hard part is making sure that you're able to run reports, loading campaigns, tracking numbers etc. so that you can call everyday and not spend a bunch of time doing backend system work." 

Ok BP I have recently started a direct mailing campaign and have had a few calls.
