If I can assemble 2-3 lots for construction, I have a large number of buyers ready, willing and able to purchase.

When you sell the property the new owner takes over the payments because it is added to the property taxes.

I find ways to structure my contract but I'm not too sure if certain things needed to be added for Arizona.
