Hello a little new to the scene here but love the community! I was wondering if anyone had a contract template they wouldn't mind lending me for wholesaling in AZ. I find ways to structure my contract but I'm not too sure if certain things needed to be added for Arizona. Any help is greatly appreciated.

@Kevin Phu The first section is you. You are the buyer/assignee. Put your name in the first blank, then leave the second and third spots blank. Just needs to show you are the buyer/assignee. Then fill in the rest of the PA as needed.
