Using a GOOD commercial agent, he set the price at 11.5 GSI - - within 10 days, we had a bidding war and we close at the listing price.I asked for a POF and Pre-Approval letter on all bids and we supplied 2 yrs of PnL and Sched-E upon acceptance - - and we were racing to COE.Some agents are no better that a FSBO and IMO, that's what you're running into.

Now the S-corp and LLC are good routes to go with for protection but, with a S-corp can be difficult to form because I taken a accounting class recently and with s-corp are more regulated with striker laws by the IRS. which personal my final verdict goes to LLC because you are a single person in this business if I'm not mistaken which will get the job done with this option.

This cost does not include supplies which my cousin and I are going to help bring back to the house.In terms of his credentials, he comes highly recommended in the area of our Michigan rental properties and my husband went and toured a property he'd recently finished in the area.
