Inventory is extremely low right now!

How is your market looking? I have been active in my market for 5 years and this is the lowest I have seen it, not much out there for sale at all. Unless a wave of sellers list this spring, prices will be going up.

In Atlanta we started with low inventory but it seems to be picking up a bit. It is still not as high as this time last year but I anticipate this spring we will have a bloom of new homes to go on the Market.
