Sellers Market Charlotte NC!
I am a 10 year investor who has experience flipping and buying/holding. I is getting increasingly difficult to buy properties with decent cash flow /higher appreciation potential in good areas. I'm not interested in only cash cows in areas where I'm chasing rents. Many investors are fighting over the mid level $135-230k properties and often paying market value or higher. I am about ready to retreat and let others be greedy for awhile. I don't see the value in overpaying for properties from a savvy investor perspective with limited capital to work with. My gut feeling is to wait it out & step back in when conditions are more favorable for buyers...Ant tips from experienced successful investors welcome. Thanks in advance!!
