I've been reading about the sub-50k which is interesting but I don't know if Orlando is the best market with crime seeming to be generalized unless you are further north (Winter Park) or West in the more expensive areas (Windermere).

There is a single family home I've been interested in down the street from my home.

I'm currently targeting neighborhoods I'd like to live in, such as Charles Village, Station North and Pigtown. 

We would like to connect with people in the Chicagoland (north - northwest side), but are open to other areas that are within our parameters.

My ideal location is North Chicago Land or Wisconsin.

After looking at lots of higher CCR properties (cash on cash return) we realized that many of these had lots of deferred maintenance or were on bad streets.  

Mountlake Terrace, just north of Shoreline, is a close-in rising star with plenty of WW II housing still in place. 

People wont stop investing in north philadelphia just because of the Kensington and allegheny area.
