Hi all, super excited to have discovered this resource!  So many great professionals here, I'm eager to get started in my RE journey!

I'm definitely a newb in terms of RE investing, other than having gone through the purchase/sale process with our old townhome.  Overall, I'm looking to get started with either rental properties or even a fix/flip property.  Would love to start networking with local experts/pros to ask tons of questions get started!
