I have a 1 page sheet that goes on the inside of a cabinet door in each apartment that has building rules and useful info, like when trash day is, don't store stuff in basement, what the parking policy is, when rent is due and how and where to pay it, maintenance number, office number, utility company number etc.

Those properties are still being sold in the $135-150/ sq ft range; however the nicer versions that have new cabinets, appliances, recessed lighting, etc. are being sold in the $150-175+/sq ft range.

I tried to politely tell her this, but she insisted that they had just put in new cabinets about 10 years ago and had a screened in back porch, and they just put on a new roof, etc. and of course it would sell for that much.

If some requested aspect is detrimental to general market demands the entire cost should be paid and, in addition, an amount necessary to bring that aspect back to market demands.For example, kitchen cabinets made to ADHA standards for a wheel chair won't be generally marketable.
