At the risk of rightfully being accused of highjacking this thread:@Genny LiThe irony is the western elites sold our civilization on if we opened up to China (and let them ship us a bunch of worthless plastic crap to sell at Wal-Mart to dump in our oceans) we would liberalize China. 

If ANY personal items of the resident are left behind,  either a signed declaration from former resident that they have moved out and release any claim all remaining items - enumerate any large or potentially valuable items - (get it notarized or ensure signed with witnesses present)  or preferably,  ensure property is completely empty, interior and exterior,  of resident belongings.    

I have witnessed how real estate can be your biggest vehicle for wealth and I am ready to go.  

@Nathan Weber yes there are some scammers on here, even a few podcast guests who later on ran into legal troubles/ were accused of being bigtime scammers (research Clayton Morris/Morris Invest, whose podcast episode was eventually removed, as well as Oceanpointe Investments).

I don't want something to get broken, theft accusation, a door left unlocked, pet got out, pet isn't secured, etc. have a he said/she said argument on who is responsible.
