Right now i use Google Drive to have my blank leases handy if I'm out and about (and need to print one at Staples.)We just use Excel, but we're planning on doing some Quickbooks stuff soon.

Real estate platforms are a great source for continued growth and association with like-minded individuals.You probably already know that you can submit your own verbal/email offers to listing agents.You probably already know that you could have an attorney create a general offer contract to utilize for all your offers, but each state "may" have its own offer to purchase contracts online or in BIG BOX office stores, such as Staples and Office Max.Craigslist and fsbo websites have tons of leads as well.I hope that you have found at least some of this information useful.This has been an information nugget.Anthony

The LLC will have its own tax id and over time can establish business credit. most banks though will still pull personal credit of signers as they are the personal guarantors. a business (entity) cannot act, the signers (members, officers, owners, etc) are the ones that can really eff things up.you may want to get the llc set-up and then try to establish an account or 2 with say home depot or staples. basically to start showing tradelines using the tax id of the business. business credit is often reported to d & b (dun and bradstreet) which many lenders will look at.

Walmart curtain rods (or any other cheap rod) that can be replaced on each turn so the tenant doesn’t try to staple a bedsheet to the window, ormount their rod brackets directly to your freshly filled and painted window casing.
