:D I keep on getting e-mail solicitations from them they are Amerifund Commercial Corp.(www.amerifundcorp.com). They do CTL FINANCING

CTL Financing is up to 100% Loan-to-Value
Can someone look at heir webxite and tall me what you think? Legitimate? It is Friday night and i might not get any reply from them over the weekend. I havent found out if they require any up-front costs. Dan :D
