That was super annoying to me, taking time to show a property to 15 people who never followed through. 

These were standard in my new home and it's really a great piece of mind annoying I can let my kids in and check on my door locks from anywhere.

I think many operators over reacted and I believe it was incredibly annoying and AirBnB should have done more to help the hosts but the BOOM that came after those 2 months easily repaid the loss. 

Since this truly was an issue with the house, and not some minor annoyance, I think a rent credit would not be out of line.

Most likely you’re inquiring to a management company that would know that info and not be annoyed by the request because you could be a potential new client for their management company as well.

It's getting annoying trying to get my tenants to pay rent on time every month.

I also have some nice auto messages I use to do the initial "screen" to save my time from the tire kickers and the "is it still available" annoyers. 

I guess I’m just getting annoyed at the whole situation…..

This market is annoying when competing :)

Or we don't have that annoying repair or huge capex expense.
