And, I must admit, it's probably smaller lenders that go there since they really don't want to waste their time.....I can see where a large lender as mentioned above would not give such matters a second thought as they are more risk adverse, having very regimented business operations.But Bryan, when you get people stacked up in your lobby, you'll start cutting the heard too!
