Indianapolis - Historic Fountain Square Bldg for Sale (Article)
It will be interesting to see what happens to this historical building in the Fountain Square neighborhood of Indianapolis (see link to article below).
It is at the eastern boundary of the neighborhood (which is generally less developed), and depending on what is done with this property (apartments, mixed-use, etc), it could be a catalyst to more development moving to the east.
