Being that the drain is brass, I am puzzled that there is dirt in that box, and yes, that may be a cause for concern.

Lathan Cram all good advice, I am still puzzled when I see some abbreviation even those on Face book.

The piece to this puzzle that i didn't divulge is I'm going to live in this one for a while before I rent it.

How one pays a $1000-1500/month mortgage/rent on a $10-12 an hour wage is still a puzzle to me.

Im aware and understand most pieces of the puzzle on what it takes to do this however Im novice on putting them together and fuzzy on some of the details.
