Are any of my Charleston Real Estate Forum friends itching for a meetup?

I've got the itch to scoop up some buy and hold, and I've been noticing some properties in Warren county that are priced well and seem like they would cash flow sufficiently.

Theyve done alot of cosmetic fixes, and it is move-in condition....but, in a neighborhood of 3bed 2bath, or bigger, with horse corrals on all the properties, and comps of $500K-$599K in the immediate neighborhood....you can see why rehabbers are itching to get it.

I cannot live with my folks forever so i am itching to get out and want my first property to be a wise investment and not a nightmare!

Yes we both work for the same company and both have the real estate itch which is how we got linked up.

We both left the game for a while, but still had the itch...I decided that I would try investing again, this time focusing on Wholesaling lease options - almost gave up on that after 3 months of no success, BUT stayed with it, renewed my enthusiasm and within a month had flipped a Lease Option for $2,500.

I do already have a buyer lined up and itching to get it.

At this point in my life, with a family and a great job, I'm feeling the itch again.
