After you give a person (or company) your hard-earned money for passive investing you have to cross your fingers, hope the person is competent, honest and can give you the return (profit) promised.

Unfortunately in March of last year, I had an accident at work and lost part of my index finger and I've been on workers compensation since.

These people don’t understand what they are doing and in their minds landlords are an enemy and anytime you can stick your finger in their eye you should.  

I'm patiently waiting for Biden to roll out a policy forgiving student loans (fingers crossed).  

I'm hoping I can get a contractor to walk the property with me by this weekend, fingers crossed that this works out :)

@Susan Maneck I’m keeping my fingers crossed we get a judge that has no problem evicting them.

Fingers crossed that I will be able to do this every year until we find our forever home.

As Fast as I could get this fingers to type, I wrote an email and snipped the a picture of the property and sent it to my realtor.
