@Nina Hayden I'm not super familiar with the Noblesville area specifically, but if it's like some of the surrounding areas then it likely has a lot of older properties that would make good BRRRRs or flips.

I think the city (and select surrounding towns) are certainly poised for growth!

We think the surrounding UNMC area is going to blow up even more than it already is with all of the new developments and added staff, so we decided to deck this house out and BRRRR to keep it as a long term rental for Doctors and medical staff.

There's definitely not as many opportunities in the lower mainland although there are definitely some cash flowing opportunities with strong appreciation in BC in the surrounding areas.

Would love to be surrounded by same minded person and encourage each other! 

I actually didn't expect to be on this path so soon, but becoming an agent and surrounding myself with military investors and investor agents has opened so many doors. 

I live in the Asheville area and hear all the time that its too expensive, but still was able to find good cash flowing deals in the surrounding areas.
