Best resources for Canadian real estate

Hello Canada BP!

I’m a Canadian who has been living and investing in the US for 10 years. As a consequence I know very little about RE investing north if the border.

My family is interested in getting into REI in Canada. Are there good sources I can point them to? Relevant books, websites etc??

Also, are there any standout markets to look into? Primary goal would be combo of cashflow and appreciation.
