Rent increase in McLean VA/ surrounding area?

What kind of rent increase do you have each year? What kind of rent are you charing? 

I am charging 1765 for a one-bedroom-one-bathroom condo unit. The condo community has pool and gym. It comes with one-car garage. 

And the rent increase I put is 5$.
