I know recently they repaired and painted all of the exterior on all the units from white to fancy colors (which is what caught my eye about looking into these places).

It could be because of the inspection, the color of the house, the last name of the seller, the neighbors, the race/ethnicity of the seller, the schools, or for whatever the hell you feel like (and you don't even have to tell the seller what the reason is).

You can pay for a Gucci product with lots of charts and colors...honestly the default income it spots out for free is probably ballpark.

Also, I'm looking to re-paint most of the walls and kitchen cabinetry as the previous owner chose some colors that I don't necessarily agree with :). 

I suppose the design is a second thought, once you figure the tattoo by itself didn't scare off a prospect.I seem to have a better feeling when there is color involved.
