It could be because of the inspection, the color of the house, the last name of the seller, the neighbors, the race/ethnicity of the seller, the schools, or for whatever the hell you feel like (and you don't even have to tell the seller what the reason is).

I suppose the design is a second thought, once you figure the tattoo by itself didn't scare off a prospect.I seem to have a better feeling when there is color involved.
