General Opinion on Ext Color for SFD

Hi there, new member, long time reader. I am marketing a flip and have often wondered if there is a general opinion on exterior color for a single family dwelling?
Most marketable, best results anyone?
Hope this is the right forum and appreciate any forethought.
The home is a 2/1 rancher, single story and was thinking a pale yellow w/ white trim.
Just thought I would bounce the ? off this group. Thanks much
