Best Value Flooring and Painting Professionals in Southern California/Orange County?

Hi folks, 

Thought I'd give this a try. 

I'm looking to install new flooring (either laminate or luxury vinyl tile) to a second story condo with that is about ~1000 square feet. Also, I'm looking to re-paint most of the walls and kitchen cabinetry as the previous owner chose some colors that I don't necessarily agree with :). With that said, do you know of any good flooring and/or painting professionals that are of good quality and doesn't break the bank? I'm not looking for the most pristine quality in the world but I do want something that will hold up but something that is still moderately priced!
