You could get design & pricing tips there.Usually for South Florida not far from the ocean, a bedroom will rent for $50-$80/night and higher on weekends or special event.

At first blush it looks like a $290k asking price home would demand $179-250 per night and the season is most of the year. 

If your agent isn't up to the task of a proper job in marketing, that's a problem.  

Do not even consider this without a proper legal contract.

While our VR functions as a nightly rental, we wanted to "do the right thing" after the fires and offer the home to fire evacuees.

Yeah you could find something on Craigslist or at a used appliance store but if your like me you don’t want phone calls on a Sunday night that the fridge is dead .theres no sense In buyIng used outdated archaic junk wIth a questIonable servIce when new at just a couple hundred more , you get a warranty Its a wrIte off Its more effIcent and It Isnt lIkely to fail .

My question is:  Does anyone have suggestions in regards to filling those gaps (3 - 4 nights) in between rentals? 

The last tenants were neighbor-from-hell, drunk & drugged out, criminal trespassers who habitually abused my property during all-night parties with numerous friends and relatives.

However as long as you're using the proper documents and using an attorney you're safe.Hope that helps,Chris Pre
