Be very careful as most "Remate" companies (which are numerous) offer amazing deals but do not actually sell you the propert.

You can get totally hammered lending on your own if you don't have experience, which has been said over and over again by numerous experienced lenders on this site .  

Your credit profile (the content of the report from which the score was calculated) gets you approved or not.A credit score can best be thought of as a numerical representation of your likelihood of going 90 days late on a payment in the next 24 months.

There are numerous other items you could discuss (at least I would) but since its unknown what you already intend to ask I'll leave you with the two "legal" questions mentioned.

Could have eaten a 3 course meal.I went to numerous seminars just to see what brand of snake oil they were selling and every time I got one on one with pointed questions, the "Gurus" turned into clams.

By focusing on networking and delivering value, not only was I able to connect with my Jacksonville partners, but I was also able to connect with other partners on an online business related to real estate and I've had numerous opportunities to invest with others come up.
