Africa has been left out in Developing Real Estate. But now its a hot cake and Uganda being a Pearl of Africa has attracted fast growth in tourism sector, and  hotel development. This has automatically created real estate sector attract market and first focus centre of investment. Our land laws allow foreign investment to own land and develop.
