I moved here from Florida after seeing the projected growth.

If it's unrealistic and not a good fit, they would not be hesitant to end the conversation on a good note and move on to the next lead/appointment.

Hi I am a newer land lord that is going through the process of a tenant moving out and have some questions.

It's a basement rip it out, wash it all down, move on.

Our lender required the same thing as what you are saying so what we had to do was have my business partner sign a lease for us that stated when he would move in and how much he would pay in rent.

My tenant acknowledged to me he was going to move out breaking the lease.

I live in Miami so starting to invest in properties that are local will not be the best move.

After I moved out, I separated from the military.

If you can qualify based on all three of these regardless of how you move forward once the auto lease ends, you have nothing to worry about. 

I will say though we kind of built the right product for this market cycle.. big single levels with 3 car garages catering to the empty nester and down sizer we get buyers coming in off their small oregon hobby farm .. our first time move up buyer did slow a ton but we have sold to families as well just not like it was pre interest rate spike.. our other folks are either paying cash or borrowing very little so interest rates are not affecting them.
