Start with reading some books on this and listening to some podcasts. 

Currently, I am listening to podcasts (BiggerPockets) to understand as much as I can.

I have been listening to the podcasts and reading up on the UBG and it's time to say hello and let the vast BP world know I'm here.I am just getting started with RE investing. 

You could just write on a napkin "I offer to buy this property at ____ for $20,000" - but I would strongly suggest listening to @Chris Muller and paying someone to have a contract drawn up as a template.

After listening to some podcasts, I learned that what I'm doing is basically called Driving for Dollars.

Do your own deals, help others with theirs, partner, read, listen to BP :)  We plan on hosting a meetup in March.

I’ve listened to many BP podcast and majority of the people on the podcast recommended reading the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.

I have been listening to BiggerPockets for YEARS and have finally decided to jump on board and find some really cool new people to connect with :).
