Getting started in rental home investing

Colton Webber
Posted

I will be graduating in 2 years as a physician and will have plenty of income to put towards investing but not enough time to be able to research, find, flip, or manage properties/rentals. Currently, I am listening to podcasts (BiggerPockets) to understand as much as I can. However, I have yet to understand or learn how an investor can go about vetting and finding a qualified, trustworthy partner to manage the more “busy” portions of real estate investing. My goal is to be more of the hands off portion of the team with my time constraints.
thank you in advance for the help.

@Colton Webber You got to network to find that person. I know that networking takes time and it sounds like that is or will be a precious commodity. There are always the options of being part of an apartment syndication deal or going the turnkey route. Your partner that has time and knowledge but no money is out there heck I know a few but it is a relationship that requires trust and trust takes time and 1 on 1 interaction to build.
