Hi, my name is Lewin Staine and I'm 24 years old. I graduated from San Diego State in 2018 with a degree in Accountancy. I currently live in the Los Angeles area and work for a REIT that invest in shopping centers. During my time here as a Development Accountant, I've grown an interest for RE but more so REI. I've listened to many BP podcast and majority of the people on the podcast recommended reading the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. Now that I am finished with it, I am looking for other books to read that will expand my knowledge with REI.

When I find something I like, I like to dive in head first, so that's how I came across BP. As someone without any knowledge in RE or REI, I am currently seeking advice for books to read, current RE investors mentors and/or REIA in the Los Angeles County area that I can attend.

If you're a REI in the Los Angeles County area, willing to give advice or looking for a mentee, please feel free to reach out. I am simply here to expand my knowledge whether that be hands on or via reading as I aspire to become a REI one day.

Thanks!
