Hi all, my name is Danielle Gillespie and this is a long over due post!

I have been listening to BiggerPockets for YEARS and have finally decided to jump on board and find some really cool new people to connect with :). I am a second generation, real estate broker with a passion for helping others, building strong relationships and honestly just sharing the knowledge of real estate and how it can literally change your life! Can we all agree that real estate has in some way change your life, opened new doors or changed your perspective?! HECK YES!

I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio (Go Bucks!), graduated from the University with my MBA in finance and started flipping homes in 2017. My husband and I packed up and moved many states south to the beach in 2018 because... well, why not move to the beach?! If you haven't visited Wilmington, NC add that to your long list of must see places because its truly an exquisite little city. Where else can you brewery hop with your dogs, eat the best ever Thai food from within a hut placed amongst gardens and flowing fountains, catch a ghost sighting within the historical downtown then run out and ride a killer wave and probably be greeted by some dolphins while you're at it!

I am a super dedicated real estate agent, I enjoy working with like minded people and honestly just love life!
