You can read a lot of inaccurate on the internet. 

It is easy to be enamored by the professionals all over the internet that tell you "it's so easy!"

I am looking to refinance a property in Florida but I am based overseas and the Embassy is currently not taking appointments for notary services due to COVID, given the situation here I don't expect that to change in the near future.

Aside from the 50% no shows for specific appointments, it's safer as I normally get a crowd.

Doing a quick internet search it looks like foreclosure fees can be quite a lot.She said they are mailing her how much the fees are and said she'll let me know, but she didn't sound too hopeful.  

Currently working on finding motivated sellers through wholesaling strategies and have had several appointments so far no deals yet.

Beside the thousands for furniture, you also have to pay all utilities, internet, cable tv, pest control, and buy linens and towels, toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.

I as probably in a slow internet area.I’ve made offers based on a rent roll given to me along with expenses.  

I was unable to make appointments or chat on the phone.
