I’m new to real estate investing, haven’t done any deals yet. Currently working on finding motivated sellers through wholesaling strategies and have had several appointments so far no deals yet. I work full-time as an ICU and have no construction knowledge or experience but I’m looking to learn. Looking to connect with contractors along the NJ PA corridor of Trenton to Philly and nearby areas for contractors who could help with rehab costs and estimates for investors.
