Currently looking to invest in a multi family in the Union County area considering that it’s close to home and I know the area fairly well. I’ve been following BiggerPockets for the past few months- attending the webinars and tuning in to podcasts. I have a background in accounting which has been a big help in analyzing deals and doing research. However, I still need help when it comes to making offers and financing side of things. Would definitely like to learn and hear other experiences of how others started off and what they learned in their first real estate deal!
