Since then, I've gone onto obtain several rental properties, mentor multiple new investors, initiate and manage several RE joint ventures and obtain my Master's Degree in Real Estate, all as a part time investor.I'm conducting research for a book I'll be publishing later this year that addresses the initial fears/concerns that all new RE investors face when purchasing that very first rental property.

I manage 100+ rentals with garage doors and I'm in a very cold climate (we've warmed up to 7 degrees today!).

The two benefits are 1) to receive a W2 for conventional loans, and 2) to not regret in the future about not using your degree and loosing the knowledge.

I ask because to the degree you are better able to drill down on size location etc, the more productive your search for an agent or agent will be.

I’ve worked in Corporate Marketing as a web/graphic designer since before earning my degree 7 years ago and currently earn $74K/yr.

To provide yourself and your biz with the highest degree of confidence, I would recommend moving the property to an LLC at this stage so your assets (both personal and business) are protected.Thanks,-Megan

I originally graduated college with a degree in real estate.

I walk around construction sites quite a bit monitoring projects and I'm not going to be wearing a suit in 100 degree weather while doing that or walking through knee deep mud. 

I am 23 and will be graduating in May with a Finance degree with an emphasis in Real Estate.
