I am an investor in okc and I am looking for multi family investor friendly real estate agents. I am eager and financially ready to purchase but lacking the knowledge necessary, and therefore hesitant. I am open to anything from 2 doors to small apartments. If you are an agent or know quality agents or who are looking for eager investors Let’s connect!

@Obi Emegano

Podcasts are a great place to start, they are free and fun. Educate yourself.

Multifamily is a bigger space - are you looking to buy a six plex or 20 units or 200 units?

I ask because to the degree you are better able to drill down on size location etc, the more productive your search for an agent or agent will be. An agent who sells 200 unit buildings won’t be the right agent if you are looking for 10 units?

Start searching for the type asset you want - LoopNet or Crexi are good places to start. Find agents who have properties that fit your criteria and reach out to them. Talk to them. You will quickly determine those that are interested in helping you.

Let everyone know when you are looking for. Network.

The right people will appear.

Good luck.
