After All of my monthly expenses (mortgage, maintenance, utilities, allowances, food...etc) my net income is 3k, which I funnel into my savings as of now until its full funded.I also have $33k in my 403b.

Next year, in Jan/Feb, the new value which is actual value seen during valuation and thereafter I have to pay taxes on full value of home.Is this totally true?

It's why I have folders full of all the letters sent to get this fixed.I found out my credit was trashed when I got a lien placed on me by the IRS in a state that I've never lived, never worked, never really traveled to.

I’v also corrected floors that sag/ have bad skewing with micro lam -lvl’s in the basement/1st floor and/or reshimmed entire floors in a room that was sagging during a full renovation
