Investors, Do you have a day job? Evansville

Do you investors still have a day job? Is it related to the industry?

I have been licensed in California for almost a year now. I currently do leasing and 1 or 2 sales a year. I LOVE it! I am learning so much from my current broker about property management/investing etc.  In a few months however, I would like to move back to the Midwest (Evansville, IN) to purchase my first rental via house hacking.  I've made this decision because of the potential in my limited budget right now. My only trouble I'm finding is obviously the job market is much greater in California. It seems they only offer part-time property management jobs in Indiana unless you have 5 years experience and fully manage. Or that's all I've been finding. I would like to continue leasing.

What are your thoughts? What do you do? Is anybody in Evansville leasing full time??
