I'm already pretty clear on the fact I made a poor decision, so now I'm trying to have a thought-out strategy going forward considering the circumstance.

I think that the major CON to doing a blanket loan is that there are quite a bit of costs upfront to qualify, they take a long time to close, they have higher stipulations within the loan and it is difficult to deal with each property individually moving forward.  

I'm trying to wrap my head around varying ideas/strategies etc, to move forward with in regard to deals that come up.Thanks for any information/thoughts you can provide.

He or she will listen especially if they know that others are not moving forward (for whatever reasons).

I am so new at this ordeal that I am nervous scared but I have to put my foot forward and take action.

My wife likes the idea of using the property as a collateral piece as well.I'm looking forward to the next flip though.
